1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and SpectraFlux ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using SpectraFlux, you agree to abide by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Description of Service
SpectraFlux is a web-based proxy service that facilitates access to websites and online content by routing user requests through remote proxy servers. The service is provided free of charge and is primarily intended to assist users in circumventing censorship or content restrictions.

3. Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you are at least thirteen (13) years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. User Conduct
You agree to use SpectraFlux only for lawful purposes. You shall not use the Service to:

Engage in or promote illegal activity of any kind;
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others;
Disseminate malware, viruses, spyware, or any harmful software;
Violate the privacy rights of others;
Attempt unauthorized access to any network or system;
Use the service for high-bandwidth or resource-intensive activities (e.g., torrenting, streaming at scale, etc.);
Circumvent measures implemented to restrict access or enforce limitations.
5. Data Collection and Logging
By using SpectraFlux, you acknowledge and consent to the logging and retention of specific user data, including but not limited to:

IP address;
URLs visited via the proxy;
User-Agent strings.
Such data may be used for the purpose of analytics, security, compliance with legal obligations, and serving contextual advertising. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

6. Advertising
SpectraFlux is supported through the use of third-party advertising networks, including Google AdSense. You acknowledge that advertisements may be displayed during your use of the Service and that these may be targeted based on your activity and data, subject to applicable privacy laws.

7. Third-Party Services
SpectraFlux uses infrastructure and services provided by third parties, including but not limited to:

Cloudflare (for content delivery and protection);
Google AdSense (for advertising services).
You agree that we are not responsible for the terms, conditions, policies, or actions of such third-party providers.

8. Termination
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or restrict your access to the Service, without notice or liability, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or is otherwise objectionable.

9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, trademarks, service marks, logos, and software associated with SpectraFlux are the exclusive property of SpectraFlux or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any such content without explicit written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SPECTRAFLUX, ITS AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SpectraFlux and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SpectraFlux operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
